Medway Institute of Pulmonology hosted the ‘Uyir’ Caretaker Wellness Programme, a dedicated initiative to support the caregivers who play a vital role in the recovery and well-being of patients with chronic respiratory conditions.
The session included a doctor-led health talk, guided breathing exercises, a self-assessment activity, and practical tips to help caregivers prioritise their own health while caring for their loved ones.
